DRYVN platform
Every agency, fractional CMO, and AI marketing tool runs on the same unreconciled platform data. DRYVN runs on a proprietary knowledge base of what has worked and what has failed — internal and external — and a model-agnostic harness that executes against it. The combination is the reason DRYVN can tell you the next right move with proof behind it, not inference.
The knowledge base
The KB is DRYVN’s proprietary knowledge layer: a structured database of proven success and failure factors, drawn from two sources. Internal: every client engagement, every reconciled campaign result, every action that moved revenue or failed to. External: a curated roster of verified operators, practitioners, and growth engineers whose documented work across real campaigns has been extracted, structured, and cross-referenced into the KB.
The KB is not a prompt library. It is not a collection of marketing blog posts. It is structured knowledge — named frameworks, verified outcomes, real campaign data with attribution confirmed against what actually closed — organized so the HARNESS can use it as evidence when it produces a prioritized action for a client. Every recommendation DRYVN issues is backed by accumulated proof, not AI inference from a generic pre-training corpus.

These numbers reflect the live KB as of today — it grows with every engagement, every enriched source, every reconciled result. No agency, fractional CMO, BI tool, or AI marketing platform has built this layer.
How it’s built
The question worth asking about any proprietary knowledge layer: why can’t a competitor build the same thing? The technology to build it is not the barrier. The accumulated inputs are. Here is what goes in — and why the time cost to replicate it is the moat.
Source 1
Every engagement DRYVN runs adds to the KB. Reconciled campaign results, channel-by-channel attribution data, and what the action set produced — not what the platform reported, but what the CRM confirmed closed. This is the layer no external database can replicate: it grows from real client results, in real verticals, measured against real revenue.
All of it is PII-sanitized. What enters the KB is aggregate outcomes — what worked, what failed, at what cost, in which vertical — never personal records. We don’t need personal or sensitive data to make this successful, so we don’t take it.

238 operators and experts. 364 frameworks. 19 disciplines. Sourced from verified practitioners with documented, named track records — not influencers, not generalist content creators. Every source is scored, structured, and cross-referenced before it enters the KB. The bar is proof, not opinion.
Source 3
The KB runs an automated enrichment pipeline — new operator knowledge scored and onboarded daily, existing frameworks updated as new evidence emerges, internal results cross-referenced with external benchmarks. The corpus does not sit still. The 9,840 hours of operator education in the KB today is a snapshot; tomorrow it will be larger.
The harness
The HARNESS is DRYVN’s LLM operating layer — a model-agnostic orchestration system that sits above the frontier AI models (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and others) rather than depending on any one of them. Every task is routed to the best model for that task. The underlying models improve continuously and are interchangeable. The HARNESS and the KB are what accumulate and compound.
Every action the HARNESS takes against live budget, live settings, or live campaigns requires named, documented human approval before it executes. The audit trail is complete. The approval gate is not a safety feature bolted on after the fact — it is the architecture. It is what separates a $2,497/month operating layer from a $50/month tool that autonomously moves your budget without telling you why.
The best model for the task, not the same model for every task. No vendor lock. No single point of failure. When a better model ships, the HARNESS routes to it — without rebuilding the operating layer.
Every action runs under scoped, audited access. Client data is never cross-contaminated. Credentials are managed through a credential broker, not stored in the operating layer.
Every privileged operation is logged with a timestamp, the action taken, the approval state, and the model used. Accessible to the client on request. Nothing runs invisible.
No campaign change, no budget move, no settings modification executes without your named, documented approval. This is not configurable — it is the product.
The harness is built by DRYVN, runs on DRYVN’s infrastructure, and is not available as a standalone tool. It exists to run the KB as a marketing operator — for you.
The competitive architecture
Everyone else reads the platform’s own homework back to you. DRYVN grades it against the bank — then acts, with your approval. Row by row, here is the layer nobody else built.

· Partial, honestly: Triple Whale and Northbeam reconcile to online order revenue — real for e-commerce; never reaches phone, walk-in, or CRM-deal closes (automotive, marine, real estate, healthcare).
· Ryze executes autonomously and shows approve/deny on channel actions — optimization approval against platform-reported ROAS, not accountability to closed revenue. When the dashboard is wrong, it optimizes the wrong number harder.
· Viktor lives in Slack as a generalist AI co-worker — breadth across every department, no marketing reconciliation, no marketing KB.
· Agencies execute — and reconciliation is not a standard retainer deliverable. DRYVN partners with agencies; we compete with the problem they were never built to solve.
Every alternative reports, executes, or instruments. None of them reconcile, prove, and act with your approval — that combination is the product.
What the KB delivers
The DRYVN harness ran the reconciliation against the practice’s CRM. Not against the platform’s own attribution window — against what the CRM confirmed closed. Google Ads reported 7 closed appointments. The CRM confirmed 38. In the same 90-day window. At 7, you kill the channel. At 38, you double down. The difference between those two decisions is $195,497 in revenue the platforms could not see. That is not an attribution discrepancy. That is the exact decision DRYVN’s KB-backed reconciliation exists to prevent.

Where it runs
The KB and the harness do not replace your stack. They run on top of it — reading your CRM data, your ad platform data, your product catalog, and your business documents to produce the reconciled truth and the prioritized next move. You bring the systems; DRYVN brings the intelligence layer.
Plugged into the systems you already run
The Brief is DRYVN’s paid diagnostic — $4,997, two to three weeks, you own the output. We connect your ad platform data to your CRM and run the attribution close. We check the knowledge base against what has worked in your vertical and funnel stage. We return a prioritized action set and a specific proposal — or an honest no if the engagement does not make sense.
