Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal and business information DRYVN holds about you, including data obtained when you connect a Meta (Facebook or Instagram), Google, Shopify, Microsoft Advertising, or other third-party platform account to DRYVN. You may request deletion at any time, and exercising this right is free.

This page supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes your full rights regarding your information.

What Data This Applies To

When you connect a Meta advertising account to DRYVN through Facebook Login, DRYVN may store:

• Access tokens that authorize DRYVN to read advertising data on your behalf
• Identifiers for the connected ad accounts, Pages, and business assets
• Advertising performance and insights data used to deliver the Service
• Contact information you provide when you register or communicate with us

A deletion request covers this information, subject to the limited exceptions described below.

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data using any of the following methods.

1. Email Us

Send a request to privacy@dryvn.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account. Please include the name of the business or advertising account involved so we can verify and locate your data. You may also call us at (904) 315-6166.

2. Remove DRYVN’s Access in Meta

You can revoke DRYVN’s access to your Meta data directly from your Facebook account at any time:

• Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
• Locate “DRYVN Connections for Ad Data” and select Remove.

Removing the integration revokes DRYVN’s ongoing access. To also delete any data already stored, email us at privacy@dryvn.com to confirm the request, and we will purge the associated tokens and data.

3. Revoke DRYVN’s Access in Google

Visit myaccount.google.com/connections, locate DRYVN, and remove access. This revokes DRYVN’s ongoing access to your Google data (such as Analytics, Search Console, and Business Profile). To also delete data already stored, email privacy@dryvn.com to confirm the request.

4. Uninstall the DRYVN App from Shopify

In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels, locate the DRYVN app, and uninstall it. Uninstalling revokes access; associated stored credentials are revoked and deleted, and platform-issued deletion requests (customer or shop data) are honored automatically.

5. Disconnect from the DRYVN Platform

Clients can disconnect any connected platform directly from their DRYVN connection settings, which revokes and deletes the stored access credentials for that connection.

What Happens Next

Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete the associated personal and business information, revoke any stored access tokens, and direct our service providers to do the same. We aim to complete deletion promptly and, in all cases, within 45 days of a verified request. We will confirm completion in writing.

Exceptions

We may retain limited information where required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, or for other purposes permitted by law. Any retained information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
